Victoria H. King
PRESIDENT
Victoria founded the agency in 1992 and has more than 35 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and tourism industry. Prior to founding VKPR, she served as the director of public relations for the Bel-Air Hotel Company and The Biltmore, Los Angeles. In addition, she worked for the Los Angeles office of Hill & Knowlton and Ketchum Public Relations in New York City. As president, Victoria continues to represent a select list of unique luxury resorts, hotels and destinations around the world. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History and English Literature from Hollins College, Virginia, and the University of London, England. Victoria is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and resides in Santa Monica, California. Whether at home or traveling to the far corners of the world, Victoria always finds time for her true passion for sports, health and wellness. A dedicated Francophile, Victoria considers Paris her second home.

Carol Ann Kelley-Elwell
Vice President
Carol Ann joined VKPR in 2010. Prior to joining the team, she gained years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, marketing and public relations with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and the Hotel Bel-Air, Los Angeles where she met Victoria in 1990. Carol Ann is based in the wine region of Santa Barbara. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Keene State College in New Hampshire and studied abroad at the American University of Rome, Italy. A lover of all creatures, Carol Ann is an avid equestrian and enjoys riding and hiking with her dogs in the mountains surrounding her ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley. When not traveling around the world, she relishes time with her family and friends.
Erin McGuiness
Account Director
Erin joined the VKPR team in 2020 shortly after moving to Los Angeles from New York City. Prior to joining the agency, she has worked in lifestyle PR, corporate and non-profit marketing and event planning. She also has experience as a wine ambassador. Erin is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, live music, sports and as a true southerner, she is fueled by fried chicken and diet coke.
Julia Kent
Senior Account Executive
Julia Kent joined the VKPR team in 2023. Prior to joining the agency, Julia worked at DKC bringing over 4 years of media relations experience as a member of their hospitality and culture team where she worked with a variety of travel, F&B, lifestyle, and entertainment clients. Julia is originally from the Portland, OR Metropolitan area and earned her Bachelor of Arts in public relations with a minor in communication studies from Azusa Pacific University in 2019. Julia’s passion for travel stemmed from yearly summer vacations with her grandparents and immediate family which led to her love for all things travel PR. In her free time, Julia enjoys exploring LA with many beach trips, live concerts, picnics, and trying out the best new restaurants (preferably with a great outdoor patio or rooftop) with her friends and family.
Kayla Riley
Senior Account Executive
Kayla Riley joined VKPR as Senior Account Executive in 2023. Her career in public relations began after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York with a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Prior to joining VKPR, Kayla worked in agency settings across a variety of clients in the lifestyle, food & beverage and wellness sectors. Passionate for travel, she enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places, with Greece holding the top spot on her list of favorite destinations to visit.
Clara Meade
Account Coordinator
Clara Meade joined the VKPR team in 2024 upon graduating from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Public Relations. Her passion for travel and hospitality began when she worked for a five star resort in Newport Beach, California and more recently for a Los Angles based PR firm. An Orange County native, Clara loves spending time at the beach, trail running, and trying new restaurants.
Katharine Bohlmann
Partnership/Sponsorship Consultant
Katharine is a member of the VKPR team as the agency’s Partnership consultant.
She currently works for the Arizona Cardinals as Vice President of Partnerships and Retail and is based in Scottsdale. Prior to this position, she spent 7 years with Hard Rock Stadium, where she was VP of Partnerships for the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Racing and The Miami Open. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading national and international brands across a wide platform of lifestyle categories.
A graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Katharine majored in Sport Management with a minor in both Business and Spanish. She brings her media savvy and a unique roster of contacts to the agency and assists the VKPR team with creative strategies for partnership opportunities both in and out of the sports world. A sports enthusiast at heart, and with experiences at the NFL, Super Bowl, Formula 1 Racing and University of Michigan Football Program, she has built a network of contacts across the United States and beyond. An avid traveler, Katharine enjoys sports of all sorts and has a passion for golf.
Christie Campo
BOOKKEEPER
Christie has been a member of the VKPR team since its inception in 1992. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Christie is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of California State University , Northridge. She oversees client billing and day-to-day accounting matters for all VKPR clients.
